Red Horizon Pty Ltd is seeking offers from interested parties to purchase the leasing rights to Building X, Units X-01 to X-03 and Units X-04 to X-05a, or enter into a short-term sublease while the leases are being marketed for sale.
The combined warehouse space is 566 m2. Each unit is 124 m² with the exception of Unit X-05a, which is 70 m2.
The tenancy includes:
- four individually-controlled cold rooms with built-in pallet racking;
- one built-in freezer unit with drive-in ramp (the freezer fans have been removed, fans would need to be installed to reinstate the freezer unit);
- two internal offices; and
- pallet racking and a small storage area.
