M&D Vegetable Specialists Pty Ltd is seeking offers from interested parties to purchase the leasing rights to Building V, Units V-22, V-23, V-24 and V-25.
The tenancy is a low clearance warehouse with no docks.
All four units are under the one lease, however, M&D Vegetable Specialists are open to offers for the separate sale of the units. All individual units are 109 m² each, comprising a total floor area of 436 m². Telephone connections are available.
- Units V-22 to V-23 (218 m²) – comprises a cold room with 52 pallet spaces.
- Units V-24 to V-25 (218 m²) – comprises a cold room with 54 pallet spaces.
