H.E. Heather & Co Investments Pty Ltd (H.E. Heather & Co) is seeking expressions of interest to purchase the leasing rights for Building P, Unit P-03.
The tenancy is a high clearance warehouse with no docks comprising a total floor area of 954 m2 and includes:
- two internal cold rooms with racking for 208 pallets and temperatures range from 2 to 15 °C;
- one ripening room with racking for 24 pallets;
- 80 pallet space racking in the refrigerated annex;
- warehouse light fixtures comprise a recently upgraded LED lighting system;
- 125 m² dry work area;
- one export room (unracked) with office attached; and
- four upstairs offices.
