Montague Fresh (QLD) Pty Ltd, is seeking offers from interested parties to purchase the leasing rights to Units K-08, K-09, K-10, K-11 and K-12, in Building K.
The tenancy is a low clearance warehouse with no docks, comprising a total floor area of 916 m2 and includes:
- fully insulated and temperature-controlled warehouse;
- two cold rooms able to achieve 1 °C with single-deep racking suitable for efficient order picking from 200+ pallet spaces;
- 400 m² staging/order preparation area in 12 °C room with 40 pallet racking spaces; and
- 180 m² of office amenities over two levels including reception, board room, multiple offices, amenities and shower.
