Leasehold for sale – Building A, Units A-12 to A-13

QC-Fresh Pty Ltd is seeking offers from interested parties to purchase the leasing rights to Secondary Selling Floor premises, Building A: Unit A-12 (135 m²) and A-13 (135 m²).

Both units are under the one lease comprising a total floor area of 270 m². The Premises features:

• three cold rooms with 12 pallet capacity per room; and

• mezzanine office with air-conditioning.
